Lead the overall aircraft structural architecture and define technical routes for structural subsystems.
Make key decisions on structural materials, joining processes, load paths, and lightweight design solutions.
Organize structural load analysis, strength design, fatigue analysis, and damage-tolerance design.
Evaluate advanced structural technologies including composites, topology optimization, and additive manufacturing.
Manage the full structural design lifecycle from concept and detailed design to drawing release and manufacturing support.
Set phase goals and delivery plans for structural design work, with ownership of schedule, quality, and cost control.

Bachelor's degree or above in aircraft design, aircraft manufacturing, mechanics, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline.
Solid experience in aircraft structural design and engineering delivery.
Proficiency with mainstream CAD/CAE tools and structural analysis workflows.
Strong ownership, cross-functional communication skills, and experience coordinating suppliers or manufacturing partners.
